Most building projects change hands halfway through. An architect draws it, a contractor prices it, and the gaps between the two become change orders.
Hauscraft is licensed as both a Class A general contractor and an architect in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The people who draw your project are the people who build it.
What that means in practice
- One team from drawings to move-in. We can act as your architect, or work with the firm you have already chosen.
- Everything in one place. Drawings, finish selections and our checklist live in JobTread, with weekly calls during construction.
- Details get built the way they were drawn. Josh oversees all construction on site.
Draft post for the CMS demo. Josh and Joseph can rewrite this in their own words.
