Every Hauscraft project starts with a walk of the site. It is the cheapest point to find out whether a project works.
What we look at
- The land. Access, slope, sun and what is already there.
- The numbers. A first pass at cost against what the finished building needs to earn or be worth.
- The approvals. Zoning, permits and anything that could slow the schedule.
You leave with a clear view of whether to go ahead, before design fees start.
